     9  - At the moment, auto-lineage seems broken. Please talk to us if you need it. (Most likely bug in SEPP).
     10  - When running in --augustus mode, you might need to set BLASTDB_LMDB_MAP_SIZE=1000000 or similar if the makeblastdb step fails. It seems like this is a bug of NCBI-BLAST+
