Call software using the graftM command

NOTE ON 0.13.1/0.15.1 =

These versions are Python3 ONLY.

You DO NOT have to call modules to run graftm/0.13.1 or 0.15.1. These have been specified in the module file.

All python dependencies EXCEPT numpy-py3 (and bird_tool_utils-py3 for 0.15.1) are in the python libraries path specified for graftM.
