Roche Newbler and 454 software

Version 2.6 of the Roche Genome Sequence Data Analysis suite is installed on the system. All commands should be present in the path.

The package includes Newbler, the read mapper and sff handling utilities.

To run this package, just follow the instructions in the documentation. As of writing this, I have no clue on memory or runtime needs. Please update this page if you have information!
