Load the following modules to use all the features of graftM:

• orfm
• hmmer
• fxtract
• pplacer
• krona
• mafft
• diamond

Call software using the graftM command

Installed versions

• 0.12.2
• 0.13.1

NOTE ON 0.13.1 =

This version is Python3 ONLY.

You DO NOT have to call modules to run graftm/0.13.1. These have been specified in the module file.

All python dependencies EXCEPT numpy-py3 are in the python libraries path specified for graftM. (/opt/sw/graftm/0.13.1/lib/python3/site-packages/)
